Dr. Hunter has been working in primary care since 2002. She completed her undergraduate course work at Wright State University. She completed training as a physician assistant at Kettering College of Medical Arts. She has obtained a graduate degree from University of Nebraska. She obtained a doctorate from A.T. Still University. Dr. Hunter completed her medical degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia.
Dr. Hunter has spent most of her career in critical care. She enjoys serving acute and chronically ill patients within her community. She is currently a member of ACOI, AOA, AMA. She is a member of the Dayton District Academy of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a course for certification as medical director in long term care facilities. She has received Distinguished Fellow Recognition by the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Hunter resides in Beavercreek, Ohio. She enjoys gardening, spending time with family and serving the residents of the TeamHealth community.
